大多数人停在 2 到 3，然后误以为自己“懂了”。
高水平至少要到 5。研究级别要到 8 或 9。

用现代教材打底，用问题训练能力，用原著观察大师的抽象动作，用输出检验理解，用长期复盘形成自己的结构感。
