不用测试,不用量表,身体已经在告诉你了:
- 反复看同一句话
- 开始机械刷题而不想分析
- 错了也懒得复盘
- 心里冒出一句: “我知道这些,但就是不想碰了”

The key problem is how to process information effectively. I think that for a good resource, I write my notes, the essence of my notes is my processing method. It's simple, clear and enough for me to recall and understand the resources knowledge.
Sometimes notes are the recording and reconstruction of my thoughts, and sometimes notes are the assistant for me to process a high-quality material.
Notice that I have striking time in my mind, it slows my learning efficiency and thinking fluency. I need practice to keep my thinking fluency. Remember the state that DMN & TPN takes a role alternatively.
I've found a learning principle that helps in efficient learning:
- get into the rich and good surroundings
- chase your interests and follow your intuition to focus
for the second principle, I don't need to force my focus on one memorizing task. My subconsciousness will process it. Performance depends on both input device and compiler.
Some things must be processed by subconsciousness to be better like typing. They rely on procedural memory. If you always take all of your attention to them, your reaction time will grow. The secret is to just let it go in a relaxed mindset.
Explicit conscious is input device, implicit conscious is compiler.
The performance of memorizing relies on both explicit and implicit memory.

I have many bad habits that are formed in senior high school. I must eliminate bad habits.
Reverse practice:
- use my language to explain knowledge points,
- allow my mistakes, view them as feedback not punishment
- cultivate safe learning space
If the workload is small, I won't need tools at all; it's precisely because the workload is large that I need to take notes. That's why I need a tablet, and when using a tablet, I must ensure it's used extensively and fully.
Furthermore, I type notes to make it easier to quickly record information and review it in less time, rather than spending a lot of time checking for minor errors. Yes, don't waste energy on minor issues; focus more on valuable things.
It seems like this has always been the pattern: often there's no intensity, then a period of sudden high-intensity work to complete a large number of tasks and produce a lot of output.
I need to find a practical winning strategy.
The practical problems are nothing more than two:
Not knowing how to learn, not having enough time

There is without doubt a problem that my brain is not in high performance. My recovering capability is not good.
I'm emotional, paying much attension in emotions, which causes distraction.
The goal is to reduce complexity of irrelavant things and focus on what truly matters.

I need more time to learn more studyings. Mainly use English to write notes. Utilize its priority in typing, searching and consistency. It helps in quicker typing, reading, learning, simplicity and so on.
Accumulations
A major flaw in education is that you're not teaching people, but rather demonstrating that you understand something.
Focus on what truly matters, prioritizing results over process. Be results-oriented, not process-oriented.
Make simple notes, they will serve as recalling clues. In other words, they have much power in saving your memory and experience.
手机是工具,不是让人成为娱乐的附庸的
尽量把手机上能干的迁移到电脑上干。手机的屏幕太小,消息多、杂、短,长期使用容易导致思维的碎片化、不连续。
电脑才是开发工具,使用手机本质上是消费者而不是生产者。
要使用手机的话,建议只留必要的F2A, 通讯工具,尽量减少对手机的依赖。
至少我觉得数学没有必要记那么多笔记
最方便的是拿别人整理好的笔记,需要的时候直接查就行了。
